This event is designed to celebrate the contributions of Horace Kephart to the formation of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and his regional literature. P.A.W.S. Adoption Day:
Presented by P.A.W.S. Animal Shelter and hosted by Clampitt's Ace Hardware and Charleston Station, this event will take place the first Saturday of the month from May through October. Featuring adoptable shelter puppies and kittens, Adoption Day will also offer dog and cat treats, t-shirts, and other fundraising items for the shelter. Ace Hardware will also offer anyone who adopts a pet 50% of custom I.D. tags. Come on out and find a new friend, or just help support a worthy cause. 828-488-0418
