To reach the SMCC, take the Whittier Exit (#72) off of Highway
74. This exit is five miles East of Bryson City and nine miles
West of Dillsboro. After you exit, there are signs to the Country
Club at every turn.
After exiting the Highway, turn left at the first street, just
before the Post Office. Cross the river and the railroad tracks,
curving left at the T intersection. Fairly soon this road will
cross under Highway 74; immediately turn right onto Old Bryson
City Road. Take the first left onto Conleys Creek Road. The pro
shop for the golf course is 1.5 miles on the right.
